29256- 1940 REMINGTON MODEL 511 SCOREMASTER .22LR, SHORT OR LONG BOLT ACTION RIFLE. With barrel date code of "AJ" and ofcourse no serial number as was the custom then. Barrel is 25". Original even finish on metal with just some minor fading at edges. Original front and rear sights. Stock is original length and configuration with Winchester buttplate(crack at toe-see photo) never been sanded so nothing but original stock finish with signs of normal use and nothing in particlar stands our besides tow crack. 10 round magazine a later new replacement with "R" with line underneath. Accurate and functions flawlessly. Mint bore and rifling.
