The Model 700 is a well known bolt-action rifle that is highly regarded for its out-of-the-box accuracy and versatility for big-game hunting. 7mm Remington Magnum was introduced alongside this rifle in 1962 and has higher energy and flatter trajectory at long ranges compared to .30-06. Renowned for its "three rings of steel" design, which refers to the bolt face, the barrel shank, and the receiver ring, which fully enclose the cartridge head for exceptional strength and accuracy. The 24-inch barrel and receiver are in very good condition with very few markings. The synthetic stock is also in great condition with no signs of wear or damage.
