This pair of Civil War handcuffs have been in my family for several decades. I received these from my Great Grandfather when I was a child. He had found these when he was a child. My Grandmother had told me many years ago that her father found this set in the late 1800's at Andersonville, GA, the location of the Confederate Prison Camp.
