Description:
Here we have a Spencer Repeating Model 1860 Carbine chambered in 52 rimfire. This gun features a 22" barrel, 7 round tube capacity, falling block design, folding rear sight, external hammer and wood stock. With 48,733 manufactured between 1863-1865, this gun is in good condition! The stock has some imperfections from use and storage. It is rated at 85% +/- condition. The reciever and barrel have imperfections and are rated at 80% +/- condition. The bore looks good but does show its age. The bore is rated at 75% +/- condition. Overall, this gun is in 80% +/- condition! With this dummying important to the Federal war effort, nearly all saw hard use during the last 18 months of fighting. This resulted in very few weapons available today in excellent condition. Please call with questions before purchasing.
