This is and original WWII USN MK 2, gray Scabbard for the Navy fighting knives in very good original condition. It is marked on the front U.S.N MK2 and on the back, the NORD-4723 marking on a Beckwith Manufacturing Company (B.M. Co / Victory Plastics - VP) sheath indicates it was produced for the US Navy and Marine Corps, with production dated between November 1943 and July 1944, This specific sheath is commonly paired with WWII-era USN Mark 2 (often made by Camillus) or USN Mark 1 fighting knives. This is a nice up grade for any less condition scabbard.;
