About Us: Private Collector of high quality handguns

Description:
Here is another of my cherished nickel "babies" out of my private handgun collection of various makes and models. This is a beautiful .357/.38 Colt Python from 1983 with a gorgeous nickel finish you can shave in and showing no turn line! It has a 6 inch barrel, Colt walnut checkered wood grips with gold Colt medallions. It is in the Colt box with all flaps intact, docs, and the label matches the serial number on the gun. As some of you know by now that have seen a few of mine on GI before, since retiring with no kids to leave my collection to, I am gradually eliminating a few of the handguns in my collection so my disabled wife isn't burdened with them if I pass away. As hard as it was to find these over the years, I hate to let any go but have to face reality.

Nickel is extremely hard to photograph and with this high quality level finsih, picks up reflections easily. I try to zoom in with my IPhone and take pictures up close at angles to pick up light to make any flaws stand out or in this case, show you a flaw would be hard to find on this one! I easily rate this at 99.9% but you view the photos and decide for yourself. If you look at my other listings you will see these don't last long after I place the ad so get it while it's hot!

Feel free to call me with any questions while reading the ad and viewing the photos for any honest detailed inspection and answer to your questions. I do not want any unhappy buyers and happy to keep it if it doesn't sell and pick something else to list. Anyone requesting a return, must inspect the gun with the FFL dealer present as a witness during the entire inspection and before you take ownership and leave the dealer's location. DO NOT DRY FIRE, SPIN THE CYLINDER IN THE CLOSED POSITION, OR PERFORM ANY ACTION CAUSING A TURN LINE ON A FLAWLESS CONDITION CYLINDER! The gun cannot be returned if damaged in any way or once it leaves the presence of the FFL PERSON receiving and inspecting the gun. Do not transfer into your name if your plan is to return it. Buyer pays return shipping by UPS. It is impossible to know what someone does with a rare collectable piece like this one once they leave the FFL's presence and it makes a return difficult, especially if someone causes loss in value of the gun due to mishandling or adding a flaw on this rare piece. I ask you please CALL ME with any concerns DURING the inspection if you feel it was misrepresented in any way. If your call goes to VM for any reason, only if you leave me a message I promise to call back the minute I get the message. I do not chase or return "missed calls" without a message on my voicemail. Any approved return must include every item in the original shipment and everything in the EXACT condition as shipped and shown in the photos. Any changes to condition or missing items, would cause a denial of a return or a reduction in the amount issued for the return based on the change in value when I receive and inspect the shipment! Subject to a 15% restocking fee if the gun is as described but you just change your mind. If returned, the buyer is responsible for paying all fees including shipping in both directions, insurance and FFL fees on both ends of the transaction.

I always recommend anyone with intentions of firing a collector quality gun that has only been displayed and/or stored for years, have a gunsmith do a thorough inspection and be sure the internals are oiled to factory specs before firing the weapon. I cannot personally warranty any handgun so any concerns of warranty or guarantees would have to be with the manufacturer as I am a private collector and not a gun store. No warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. This can only be shipped to a current licensed FFL. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state for legally owning a handgun.

No sales to California or any other states with restrictions or tougher than usual requirements for receiving handguns.

PAYMENT: ZELLE, Cashier's Checks, personal check, Wal-Mart MoneyGram personal check
SHIPPING: I ship UPS Air and need your FFL's information to check shipping but I never really charge more than $40 even if the shipping costs me more but the Buyer will be responsible for any additional fees added for special services if required. I need your FFL's information before determining your final cost.
