HIGHER QUALITY PHOTOS WILL BE POSTED ASAP - For sale is a complete original factory 8" blued .44 Magnum threaded barrel assembly with upper group and the rare factory compensator for the Mateba 6 Unica autorevolver.
This is a highly desirable, near-impossible-to-find upgrade package. Standalone 8" blued barrels with complete upper assemblies virtually never appear on the market — they almost always trade only as part of full guns or multi-barrel kits that sell in the $10,000–$25,000+ range.
Includes:
- Original 8" blued .44 Mag threaded barrel
- Matching factory upper assembly group
- Original thread protector
- Factory RMER44COMP compensator (new/sealed in original packaging)
Condition: This complete original 8" blued .44 Mag barrel assembly with upper group and factory compensator is in excellent to like-new condition overall. It has been stored for the past 25+ years in its original factory zipper-style plastic bag, which accounts for the very light handling marks and minor surface scratches visible under close inspection (primarily on the upper receiver flats). Some apparent marks in the photos are simply lint or dust. The deep original bluing remains strong and vibrant, the bore is bright and mirror-like, the crown and threads are pristine, and the compensator is new/sealed. Functionally perfect and cosmetically far above average for a part of this rarity and age.
Important Note on Firing History & Sale Terms: I cannot confirm whether this assembly has or has not been fired or previously affixed to a Mateba 6 Unica, as it has remained sealed in its original factory packaging since acquisition. Due to the extreme scarcity and one-of-a-kind nature of this part, this sale is final with no returns or refunds accepted. Please examine all photos thoroughly, as they form the basis of the description. Serious buyers only.
Mateba 6 Unica parts are legendary for their scarcity. Production ended years ago with very limited U.S. importation. Serious collectors know these long-barrel Hunter components are the holy grail of the platform.
