This knife is new with box.
This Zero Tolerance 0350 comes with a layered Black/Gray G-10 show scale and black coated S30V recurve blade. It also includes an additional black scale.
- Blade: Big, wide drop point with recurved edge built from USA Made CPM-S30V stainless steel and given a non-reflective black Cerakote finish.
- Handle: The top or show scale has been replaced with a thick, milled black/gray G-10 scale for a custom look. The lock side retains the factory black G-10 handle scale.
- Operation: Simply press the integral flipper tab or nudge a thumb stud to engage the assisted opening mechanism and watch it fly.
- Lock: A thick steel liner lock keeps the blade solid when in use.
- Carry: A four-position stainless steel pocket clip is attached for tip up or down, left or right hand carry.
The Zero Tolerance 0350
The Zero Tolerance 0350 is a smaller, more carry friendly version of the 0300 series designed by custom maker Ken Onion. It retains trademark design elements like the solid construction and wide recurve blade profile, swapping out the frame lock with thick steel liners supporting low-profile black G10 scales. Simply put, it is a beast.
CPM-S30V: A PM stainless steel developed specifically for use in knife blades, S30V has good wear resistance (edge retention) and corrosion resistance, better than 440C or 420HC. The powdered process refines the grain, improving performance for a balanced blade steel. Toughness is comparable to other PM stainless steels.
