Barrel
The Ridgeline FFT features a 416R stainless steel barrel meticulously wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber—designed to be both ultralight and exceptionally accurate. It’s button-rifled, hand-lapped for premium consistency, free-floated for optimal harmonics, and match-chambered. Standard threading is 5/8-24, with a 1/2-28 option available for calibers like the .22-250. A removable stainless-steel side-baffle muzzle brake comes standard.
Stock
Built with Christensen Arms‚ exclusive Flash Forged Technology (FFT), the carbon fiber Sporter FFT stock is ultra-light yet robust. It delivers rigidity and balance thanks to its compression-molded monocoque shell, carbon fiber bedding pillars, spot bedding, and integrated recoil pad.
Action
The action is precision-machined from steel on the trusted Remington 700 footprint. It features a spiral-fluted, dual-lug bolt with an enlarged aluminum bolt knob, improved bolt release, and enlarged ejection port. It’s topped with a TriggerTech® trigger and a standard Rem 700 optics base interface. The rifle feeds from an internal magazine with aluminum hinged floor plate and accepts AICS-style detachable magazines with an aftermarket conversion kit.
