Description:
24 inch octagon barrel with a plain blade front sight and v-notch rear sight. This gun is in beautiful condition ; the barrel and magazine tube retaining most all original glossy blue with just some sharp edge wear and sparsely scattered tiny dings. All markings are crisp and clear. The action has most blue as well with some minor light flaking. Case colors on the trigger, hammer, lever and buttplate. Wood stocks are in very good condition and fit well. This is a Dandy Marlin side-loader that would be hard to improve upon. Only about 5000 first variation rifles were manufactured and they are difficult to find in any condition.
