We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very nice hunting rifle. It is a Ruger 77 RSI in 243 Win, the old model with the tang safety and red butt pad. The rifle has the full length Mannlicher style stock and has been fitted with a Schmidt & Bender 6X42 scope in Germ claw mounts. The fitting in perfect, very tight, releases and reattachs perfect with no loss of zero. This is a great rifle in a very classic configuration. The scope and mounts alone are with over $2000.
