This is a Second Model .32 Hand Ejector Model 1903 fourth change manufactured by Smith & Wesson circa 1910. This revolver was featured as part of the excellent article published by Gaston Comeau, Ed Buffaloe and Craig Smith in their article "The 1903 Smith & Wesson .32 Hand Ejector (the Second Model .32 Hand Ejector) a Detailed Investigation." (Click on link below) . The barrel, frame and cylinder retain about 80-85% of a later added blue finish that is thinning to gray in places. The S&W hard rubber medallion checkered stocks rate about excellent and appear to be repros with the left stock showing a scratch and small hole on the top side. It is sighted with a pinned blade front sight and an adjustable rear target sight. The action functions properly with a tight lock up. A good example of the desirable Target Models that will be fun to shoot. FFL or C&R; Smith & Wesson 1903 Article ; Price: $795.00 Curio/Relic: Yes |
