About Us: Texas Grips was founded by Henry Lance in 2013. We started out with handmade 1911 grips and quickly purchased a precision (CNC) router to keep up with demand for new models. We now make a wide variety of revolver and semi-auto grips. We added a laser engraver, allowing us to do checkering and custom engraving. We can make our grips out of a wide variety of imported and domestic materials (Contact us for details). We have thousands of satisfied customers. All of our grips are made in our shop, in the great state of Texas.
Description:
These Ebony wood Extended grips are 1/2" longer and wrap around the bottom of the frame, adding more grip area for shooters with larger hands and for shooting larger calibers. They give a whole new feel to these pistols and are SASS legal. These grips will fit Ruger New Blackhawk (except flattop models), Super Blackhawk Short Barrel (4.6" and 5.5"), Old Army, "original" Vaquero, New Single Six models, and Wrangler models. These grips will also fit all XR3-RED grip frames with or without the internal locking mechanism.
These are also available in a variety of natural woods finished with catalyzed lacquer and laminated woods. You will receive a smooth set as shown, or you can add Ruger factory medallions, checkering, or custom engraving. Contact us for prices and details.
