Offered for sale is a classic Smith & Wesson Model 66-2 Combat Magnum, chambered in .357 Magnum with the desirable 6 inch barrel. Built on Smith & Wesson’s renowned K frame, the Model 66 represents one of the most respected double action revolvers produced during the late twentieth century.
The Model 66 is the stainless steel counterpart to the famous Model 19, combining the power of the .357 Magnum cartridge with the balance and handling qualities that made the K frame revolver legendary among law enforcement officers and sportsmen. The '-2' engineering revision reflects a mature production period known for excellent machining, smooth actions, and durable stainless construction.
This revolver is fitted with factory walnut target grips with Smith & Wesson medallions, providing both classic appearance and excellent handling characteristics.
