Nighthawk Custom pistols are among the most respected high end 1911 platforms available today and are built under the company’s renowned 'One Gun, One Gunsmith' philosophy, meaning a single craftsman builds and completes each pistol from start to finish.
Founded in 2004 in Berryville, Arkansas by former Wilson Combat pistolsmiths, Nighthawk Custom quickly established a reputation for producing exceptionally precise, hand fitted 1911 pistols known for reliability, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
The Talon II is designed to combine the shootability and performance of a full size 1911 with the improved balance and concealability of the Commander length platform. This configuration is widely favored by enthusiasts who want a premium defensive or carry pistol without sacrificing the handling characteristics that make the 1911 platform legendary.
This example features stainless steel construction for both the slide and frame, along with attractive checkered grips featuring the Nighthawk emblem medallion.
The pistol remains in as new condition with a bright stainless finish and no visible signs of wear or handling. The slide flats, serrations, and controls remain sharp and well defined, indicating extremely limited use.
