Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a cool old Adams & Co Martini-Zeller Rook rifle chambered for 360 Rook (I Think). This rifle appears to be in good functional condition. It has a lot of wear from years of use but is tight and solid and shows no mechanical defects I can find. I believe it is a 360 Rook but I am not sure. The barrel is marked ADAMS & CO 32 FINSBURY PAVEMENT. LONDON. The rifle has a one standing and one folding leaf rear sight. The wood has great aging and looks pretty but there is a large 4" crack on the underside of the forend. It is solid still and would not need repair unless you desired it. Thanks for looking!
