Whitney Model 1841 Mississippi Rifle with Saber
Description:
.54 cal, NVSN, 30 inch armory blue barrel, brass furniture, case color lock plate, walnut stock, long distance sight, dated 1853, "2 CC STEEL JH" on left side of barrel. With “1862” Saber bayonet, including mounting hardware on barrel.
Condition: Excellent bore, blue-brown barrel finish, aged brass never cleaned, excellent wood, steel ram rod with brass tip, very good mechanically, very good marks.
