The rifle incorporates an older barrel that was reused in its construction, a telling detail that speaks to the era's resourcefulness and the high value placed on quality rifled barrels. With fine Rococo engraving, working flintlock action, and a monogram on the buttstock, this is a compelling piece for the serious antique arms collector.
