Set of Cremini and Giovanelli Master Engraved Rizzini S792 EMEL Over/Under Shotgun 12 and 20 gauge
Description
Up for sale we have a set of 12 and 20 gauge engraved Rizzini S792 EMEL with sequential serial numbers, 38012 & 38013. Both with 28” blued steel barrels with a single steel bead on the matted rib, the 12 gauge has 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and chokes marked improved cylinder/modified. The 20 gauge has 3 inch chambers with ejectors, and chokes marked improved cylinder/modified. Coin sideplated action with nearly full coverage tight English scroll with game scenes at the rear of the sideplates containing a grouse in a mountainous scene on the left and a duo of woodcocks in a marsh on both shotguns. The engraving continues onto the upper tang and pierced top lever. The engraving on the 12 gauge was executed by Master Engraver Claudio Cremini who signed the right side of the trigger plate. The engraving on the 20 gauge was executed by Master Engraver Bottega Incisioni Cesare Giovanelli who signed the right side of the trigger plate. Both mounted in a magnificently figured, highly contrasted, multipoint checkered walnut Schnabel tip forend with Anson button release and engraved fittings and straight grip stock with checkered bare butt. Length of pull for both the 12 gauge and 20 gauge is 14.5 inches.
