1984 Colt Python double-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, featuring a 4" barrel and bright stainless finish. The Colt Python is widely regarded as one of the finest production revolvers ever manufactured, known for its smooth action, precision craftsmanship, and iconic appearance.
The 4" barrel configuration is among the most desirable within the Python lineup, offering an excellent balance between handling and practical shootability. The bright stainless finish provides the revolver with its distinctive mirror-like appearance, though this type of finish naturally shows handling marks more readily than satin finishes.
This example appears to have been minimally fired and remains in very nice overall condition. The revolver shows light scratches and honest handling wear throughout, consistent with careful ownership and normal handling. The bright stainless finish still presents very well overall, with strong visual appeal and solid mechanical condition. Timing and lockup remain consistent with proper maintenance.
