this is a pre 64 stock from a model 70 I purchased from a caliber 30-06 the stock has been refinished and some one who did the refinishing sanded off the checkering. Everything else is original, there is no glassbedding added, the original hook butt plate is missing. This is a very usuable stock if you want to replace your good stock for hunting .
