Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very nice Yildiz Silah Sanayii NBD TS 870 O/U shotgun chambered for 12 Ga 2-3/4" and 3" shells. This model was imported by Academy Ltd in Katy TX and has selective ejectors. Also has a user selective safety switch allowing you to choose which barrel firs first. The barrels are 28" and have removable chokes installed in FULL and CYL. The LOP is 14-3/8" to the single trigger. The stock has some scrapes from the plastic hearing muffs the previous owner used. Very nice shotgun. Thanks for looking!
