Description:
The Remington Model 11-48 is a 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun featuring a 30-inch barrel with a fixed full choke, chambered for 2¾-inch shells. It uses a steel receiver paired with a wood stock and forearm. The shotgun has a blued metal finish and a tubular magazine with a standard capacity of five rounds. The length of pull measures approximately 15 inches, and the overall length is about 51 inches. This model follows the recoil-operated design lineage of earlier Remington autoloaders and is configured with a front bead sight and wide trigger shoe.
Features include a press-checkered wooden pistol grip stock and matching forend, an index-finger safety, and an added rubber recoil pad for shoulder comfort. The bore condition is noted as good, and the metal retains much of its original finish with minor surface freckling typical of use. The stock and forearm are solid with no structural cracks or breaks observed.
