Bolliger / Mountain Riflery Best Grade .25-06 Remington. Based on a Winchester Model 70 CRF action, serial G2561951 wears a 24-inch barrel (.600-inch muzzle diameter, recessed crown). Features include a jeweled extractor and bolt body, custom bolt handle (straight), checkered bolt knob (five bordered panels), custom extended tangs and a reshaped/checkered bolt release button. STOCK: The AAA-grade English stock is dressed with a Schnabel tip, double crossbolts, palm swell, soft Monte Carlo comb, scalloped cheek rest with shadow line, steel grip cap, steel butt plate with widow's peak and a satin finish. ENGRAVING: FEGA Master Engraver Michael Dubber created a gold relief bust of an outstanding nontypical mule deer bordered by leafy scroll and fine gold wire. The supporting elements of the pattern continue over the action, mounts, tangs, guard and bolt handle, and then reappear at the muzzle, butt, caps and studs. Dubber also engraved the barrel legends with his signature appears over the chamber. DIMENSIONS: Weight (with optic) is 9.4 pounds and the length-of-pulll is 13.65 inches. OPTIC: A Swarovski Z6i 1.7-10x42 (illuminated dot) is secured in Bolliger custom bases with Talley rings (30mm). Optic condition is essentially new and electronics operate properly. CAPACITY: Five rounds feed from the magazine. The extractor “snaps over” rounds dropped into the chamber. Feeding/extracton/ejection are dependable and positive. CONDITION: The bore is pristine. Metal and wood finishes each exceed 99 percent. AMMUNITION: One hundred rounds of Bolliger custom ammunition (100-grain Barnes Triple Shock) is included. ACCURACY: The included test target shows a .514-inch group (three shots, center-to-center, 100 yards). CASE: A custom leather case with tools, rod and keys is included. No papers or build sheet.
