Description:
24 inch round barrel. 4 shot box magazine. Upgraded sights include a Lyman No. 4 Ivory Hunting front sight, with a filler blank in the rear dovetail and a Lyman 21 receiver sight. Plain walnut forearm with matching straight grip buttstock fit with a crescent rifle buttplate. Metal surfaces are mostly clean and smooth with the magazine shows about 80%, the receiver about 60% and the lever about 20% original blued finish with the barrel showing about 90% re-blued finish. The Bore is excellent, bright and shiny with strong rifling. The stocks are solid and full fitting with typical wear and handling marks. An iconic .405 Winchester rifle Manufactured in 1919.
