Grizzly Custom Guns Marlin .45-70 Gov't Model 1895 GS
Based on a stainless steel Marlin Guide Gun with a fully deburred action body. The action has been smoothed and loading and ejection ports have been dehorned. Magazine follower has been replaced with a stainless steel cap. Factory trigger components with trigger job and "bobbed" hammer. Grizzly Custom Guns' enlarged lever loop and LPA sight of Italy custom ghost ring rear sight and serrated single blade front sight. The factory barrel has been shortened to 16.25"and has been crowned and the rear sight dovetail has been expertly filled and hidden.
The factory walnut stock with 2-panel point checkering has been bedded and has a stainless steel forend cap.
The rifles action and barrel are finished in a satin gray cerakote finish.
Rifle weighs 7lbs 5oz and is 34.25" in overall length.
Rifle is stamped "Grizzly Custom Guns" on the left side of the receiver and has a RH Gelco leather "Butt Cuff" in dark Havana brown that is laced on and holds 6-rounds of .45-70 Gov't rounds.
