Description:
VERY GOOD+.....BRASS BARREL BLUNDERBUSS...1.5" bore diameter, 16" octagonal to round brass barrel, British proofs on the left side of the barrel near the breech. Iron bevel lock marked Pritchett, beveled hammer, rounded pan. Walnut stock made with no buttplate. The barrel has a nice patina. **The very good stock is dark, with scattered minor scratches. Hammmer is strong with good lockup.Overall a very good example of an early British blunderbuss.. There is a 1961 British Bill of Sale listing the sale price and circa date of 1810
