For sale is a pre-owned Spencer Repeating Rifle chambered in 56-56 with a 24 IN barrel. This Spencer Rifle has a length of pull of 12 3/4 inches and weighs 9lb 10 oz. This particular Spencer rifle was manufactured in 1863, and was the first repeating rifle ever made. While the barrel shows light signs of darkening, it still shows well defined rifling. Mechanically, the action functions properly and operates as it should. Despite a thorough katina, the barrel still has excellent integrity.
