A superior all original condition example - Built with 26" Steel brls that have matted concave top rib with small brass front bead and usual maker's stamps throughout. Splinter forend checkered in point pattern with blued iron. Casehardened sidelock receiver. Blued trigger guard. Gun made with double triggers, extractors, auto safety. Capped pistol grip walnut buttstock checkered in point pattern and terminates with its original lined HRBP.
Condition is extremely fine and investment grade. Metal surfaces retain nearly all of their vibrant original finishes. Case colors are bold and vivid throughout! Stocks are excellent with scattered minor handling marks and safe rubs. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are excellent. Breech face absent of shell ring. Easily the best all original 16ga Field Ive seen in the last several years!
