The action retains much of its original case color, the barrels retain an even blue with bright bores, and the stock, while refinished, is solid and attractive with its original buttplate still in place. The mechanics are crisp with tight lock-up, clean triggers, and positive ejector/extractor function. All serial numbers match and confirm originality.

Historical Note
This shotgun was produced in Philadelphia during the early 1930s — considered the prime production era for A.H. Fox Sterlingworth guns. With its longer 30″ barrels, classic shooting dimensions, and light 6 lb 8 oz weight, it is equally suited for upland hunting or as a collectible representation of Fox’s golden era.

We warrant that the firearms are as they appear in our photos but do not warrant mechanical
condition or operation.
