The Smith & Wesson "Pre-Model 10" is an unofficial collector's term for the classic .38 Military & Police (M&P) revolver manufactured before 1957. Because Smith & Wesson did not assign numerical model designations until 1957, earlier versions of this iconic 6-shot, .38 Special, K-frame revolver are commonly referred to as "pre-models". This revolver is in good condition with some wear on the finish from use. The stag grips are not the original grips. .38 S&W Special
