"Serial no. 4192721. Manufactured in 1942–1943 by Remington Arms,chambered in .30-06 Springfield,24"" round barrel marked “R.A./Flaming Bomb/2-43." The bore is bright and shiny with strong, well-defined rifling noted throughout. The rifle remains in overall excellent condition, showing only minimal handling impressions. Remington-produced examples were widely used by U.S. forces during WWII both in training and combat roles. The action is smooth, mechanically sound, and functions correctly.
