The Savage Model 99, a legendary hammerless lever-action rifle, features an innovative 5 round rotary magazine that allows the use of pointed (spitzer) bullets without primer ignition risk. Notable for its visible brass round-counter on the side and a cocking indicator pin. Chambered in the iconic .300 Savage, it is a highly capable, mid-range big game rifle perfect for woods hunting.
