The Ruger LCR (Lightweight Compact Revolver) chambered in 9mm Luger is a small-frame, double-action-only (DAO) snub-nosed revolver designed primarily for highly concealable everyday carry (EDC). Unlike standard rimmed revolver cartridges, this model utilizes rimless 9mm semi-automatic pistol ammunition, achieving high terminal ballistics out of its ultra-short 1.875-inch barrel. Combines a rugged stainless steel upper monolithic frame with a lightweight polymer sub-frame. This configuration optimizes mechanical alignment while soaking up felt recoil.
