Description:
28 inch octagon barrel chambered in 40-60 caliber with a bore that has some shine and visible rifling. Sights blade front with typical sporting rear. Barrel and full length magazine tube are a brown/gray color. Receiver has a dark brown patina overall. Hammer and lever match the patina of the rest of the gun. Loading gate is a light blue. Walnut stocks are refinished with some hairline cracks and minor dents and scratches. Rifle style buttplate. Functioning action. The bolt binds a little on the hammer but still functions. This Winchester rifle was made in 1884.
