This Winchester Model 94 Chief Crazy Horse Commemorative is a highly collectible lever-action rifle issued in 1983 to honor the legendary Oglala Lakota leader. While this historic factory edition was originally chambered in .38-55 Win with a 24-inch barrel, this unique and highly individualized configuration features a specialized 23-inch barrel chambered in the classic, ubiquitous .30-30 Winchester cartridge. The rifle is in very good to excellent condition , showcasing flawless mechanical timing, a crisp trigger pull, and a pristine bore with sharp rifling. The beautifully case-hardened receiver features intricate factory engravings, portraying a classic buffalo hunt scene on one side and Chief Crazy Horse leading his warriors on the other. Enhancing its distinct Native American "blanket gun" styling, the fine walnut stock is adorned with traditional brass tacks Guns and holds a commemorative medallion beautifully inlaid into the buttstock. Serving as a true center-piece for enthusiasts, this exceptional firearm comes complete with its original factory box Winchester Collector .
