Description:
The Ruger New Model Single-Six is a single-action revolver chambered in .22 Long Rifle. It features a 9.5-inch barrel and a six-round capacity. The revolver has a blued steel frame and cylinder with a brown wood grip. This configuration was produced in 1977 and represents Ruger’s traditional small-bore single-action design built on a solid steel frame.
Operation is by single-action mechanism with a loading gate on the right side of the frame. The revolver is fitted with adjustable rear sights suited for precise elevation and windage control. The bore condition is described as very good, and the action timing is reported to be consistent. The blued finish complements the smooth wooden grips, which are inlaid with Ruger’s eagle medallions. This Single-Six is used and shows the characteristics of a well-maintained revolver from its production era.
