Description:
Winchester Model 1876 Lever Action Rifle 45-75 cal Bore VG has some fine pitting but good rifling. Wood is VG with good fit to metal and no cracks or chips. Has an original 28” Rd barrel with excellent Winchester markings, original sights, rear sight is marked 1876 and is the log range sight, full mag and no cal marking on the bbl or brass carrier which is correct for early 45-75’s. The receiver has an original dust cover and has an excellent Model 1876 marking on the top tang. The lower tang has the serial#33972 Mfg’d 1883. Metal overall has an aged blue brown patina finish with some fine pitting in a couple spots, buttplate edges, and receiver on the lower front along the brass carrier. Not loose or sloppy with a real smooth tight action. Has Factory letter included
