Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very noce Winchester XPR (Browning made) chambered for 350 Legend. This rifle is a left handed model and has a 20" threaded barrel with thread protector. The rifle comes equiped with a made in Japan Tasco 4x32 scope with clear glass. Also comes with a really nice set of Talley rings and the mounted 4x32 Japanese made Tasco scope. Nice rig for a lefty.
