Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Rifle 38-40 cal, Bore VG has a strong rifling with some fine pitting. Mech Exc tight smooth action. Wood is original and VG plus with no cracks or chips and original buttplate. Has an original 24” Oct barrel with full mag, Original sights, VG Winchester markings address and cal 38 WCF. The top tang has the marking Model 1892 Winchester Pat oct 14,1884. The Serial# 142,546 mfg’d 1897 .Overall correct and original . Metal overall has an aged patina brown finish with no pitting.
