The Stoeger STR-9 Combat X is a mid-size, striker-fired, polymer-frame 9mm semi-automatic pistol designed for duty, tactical applications, and home defense. Built to meet stringent military and law enforcement testing standards, it combines a robust internal chassis with a 4" to 4.3" barrel format to bridge the gap between high controllability and comfortable carrying. The STR-9 Combat X is engineered for harsh conditions and has been validated for 10,000 rounds of continuous fire without failure. The internal slide and trigger components are beefed up compared to standard STR-9 models to withstand heavy-duty cycles. The slide comes factory precision-cut and includes a cover plate alongside four interchangeable adapter plates. This makes it compatible with most popular red dot sights on the market. 9mm Parabellum
