The Henry H014S-308 is the factory model number for the Henry Long Ranger Lever-Action Rifle chambered in .308 Winchester that includes built-in iron sights. Unlike traditional lever-action rifles that use tubular magazines, this specialized hunting rifle utilizes a detachable 4-round box magazine. This design allows it to safely fire high-velocity, pointed spitzer bullets without the risk of a primer detonation in a tube. The geared rotary bolt action locks directly into the barrel extension, giving it the tight consistency and accuracy normally expected out of a traditional bolt-action rifle. .308 Winchester
