Description:
Winchester Model 12 pump action shotgun.
Configured as a 28 gauge Pigeon Grade Skeet.
Made in 1955 with a 26" barrel fitted with a, correct for the vintage, Special "donut" base round post vent rib.
Each sideof the action has been very nicely engraved in a Winchester Grade 5 pattern. The extension is engraved with a Winchester Pigeon and the trigger guard is engraved with customary scroll.
The pistol grip buttstock and the extension forearm are both crafted from a fabulous piece of densely grained Walnut and checkered in the Pigeon Grade pattern.
A very well-done ugraded Model 12. Gun retains 98%+ finishes since the restoration.
