For sale is an original Japanese Arisaka Type 99 bolt-action rifle chambered in 7.7x58 Arisaka. This rifle was brought home by an American serviceman following World War II and has remained in private ownership for decades. The rifle retains its military configuration with original sights, including the desirable flip-up anti-aircraft rear sight. Metal finish repsents well with an attractive patina consistent with age, and the stock displays excellent character with few blemishes.
