The Ithaca Gun Co. Model 37 Featherlight is a 16-gauge pump-action shotgun with a 2 3/4-inch chamber and a 28-inch barrel fitted with a modified choke. It features a steel receiver and a blued finish that has developed a brown patina. The shotgun is configured with a smooth wood pistol-grip stock and a grooved forearm, complemented by a brown Pachmayr hard rubber recoil pad. Overall length measures approximately 47 inches, and the length of pull is 13 7/8 inches. The serial number is 561023, and both barrel and frame share matching numbers.
This Model 37 is used and shows finish wear consistent with age, with the bluing having transitioned to a uniform brown tone.
