In 2014, as a result of our ongoing pursuit to make the most durable Target shotgun possible, we created the Invictus system. This design ushered in the most significant advancement in over-under durability in many years. All of the technology in the Caesar Guerini Invictus V ASCENT GOLD 12 Gauge 32'' is complimented by the graceful side plate action with full-coverage engraving. This embellishment employs no fewer than four different engraving techniques, including many hours of hand engraving. The result is a stunning example of contemporary Italian Ornato style engraving with deep relief game scenes. The Invictus V is quite simply the perfect synthesis of technology and art. All Ascent models feature a 10mm high fixed rib and Monte Carlo stock that allows the shooter to utilize a more upright shooting posture while still retaining the instinctive pointing qualities of a flat-rib sporting clays gun. The result is an modern sporting gun that accommodates both pre-mounted and gun-down shooting styles while remaining very comfortable to shoot.

However, the following non-refundable fees apply:
6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction)

$35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
 
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.

Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation.
 
**3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned.
Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable. 
FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY/ IN AND OUT FROM A DIFFERENT GUN DEALER
 
-          $75 transfer fee per firearm for non-members, $45 transfer fee per firearm for members.
-          No discounts for multiple transfers.
-          All transfers not picked up within 30-days will accrue a $75 per month storage charge fee.
-          We DO NOT transfer firearms out for guns not sold through us.
-          Private party transfers are $75 per firearm for non-members and $45 per firearm for members. 
- All Canceled firearm transactions will be refunded to store credit or face a 15% restocking and associated credit card fee. Firearms NOT taken into the possession of the owner after 30 days will forfeit the gun and money back in the form of store credit.
