Vintage Firearms is pleased to offer this 1950’s vintage Bausch & Lomb BALvar 8 2.5-8x42mm scope complete with a KUHARSKY BROS ERIE P.A. Scope base and rings. The underside of the base is marked FN. The scope has a few small areas with a loss of finish, it has clear 9.5+/10 sight picture. The reticle features elegant tapering crosshairs. The Balvar 8 lacks internal windage and elevation adjustments. Instead, adjustments are made externally with the Kuharsky Bros plunger mount system which features built-in windage and elevation adjustments.
