This Winchester was produced in 1890. This rifle's serial number is 353071. The barrel is the standard round 24 inch barrel chambered for the 38 W.C.F. [38-40] cartridge. The bore is in very good condition with strong lands. The action works correctly but a little stiff. The refinished bluing would rate a 100% as refinished. The stock and forend is in very nice condition. The factory letter states that this rifle was delivered to the warehouse on September 17th 1890 and shipped from warehouse on September 17th 1890 To order number 18004. This Winchester would make a nice display piece with it's factory letter!
