Description:
this is a really nice original rifle with a very good and serviceable bore. It shows some wear and age but it was very well taken care of. It doesnt show the extensive corrosion in front of the chamber we so typically see on these older guns having been fired with black powder and then pooorly maintained. And the rifling is in very good condition all the way through the bore. It also doesnt look like it was shot with jacketed bullets. The case colors have mottled and the butt stock is numbered to the action according to the consignor.
