Description:
The Pietta 1873 Gen II is a single-action revolver chambered in .45 Colt. This model features a 5.5-inch barrel and a six-round cylinder. The barrel and cylinder have a blued finish, while the frame and hammer show a case-colored treatment. The revolver is built on a steel frame with brass components at the trigger guard and backstrap, and it is fitted with smooth brown wood grips. The overall configuration follows the traditional 1873 pattern with fixed sights and single-action operation.
This revolver is used and is in like new unfired condition. The blued surfaces and case coloring present strong contrast, and the brass elements are consistent with the Gen II configuration. The single-action mechanism and fixed-sight arrangement reflect Pietta’s reproduction of the classic 1873 design in .45 Colt, emphasizing period-correct materials and finish combinations.
